We chose this space because it is centrally located in the River North Design District. It has proven to be the perfect backdrop to our creative process with its boundless natural light, city views, expansive ceilings and brightly painted exposed brick walls.

Rounding out our talented team of design professionals, we’ve broadened our creative perspective and production capabilities with a diverse blend of expertise and experience.

In addition to veteran Architectural Designer, Peyton Monteith, we now welcome:

Tom Michna, Project Manager. Tom has over two decades of high-end residential experience merging the lines between architectural and interior design. A Chicago native, he has worked for several local prestigious architects and interior designers on regional and international projects. He is devoted to the process of creation- to refined details -to collaboration with consultants and craftspeople -to create a “move-in-ready” residence.

Nadiia Khrystova, Architectural designer from Dnipro, Ukraine.  With 10+ years of experience, she spent the last 6 years working for one of the leading design offices in Ukraine before moving to Chicago.  Working with BIM software, she produced working drawings and performed site supervision on construction sites.  She now contributes her professional experience and European sensibilities to our team.
