LAKESIDE PROPERTY

This single family home on the north side of Chicago was a complete renovation and remodel of an outmoded residence on a magnificent Lake Michigan lakeside property. We opened up interior gathering spaces to the sensational lake views that had previously been closed off in the original plan – and redirected circulation paths to facilitate better movement around and throughout the house – establishing logical public and private zones.
