FAMILY FRIENDLY RETREAT
An empty-nester with a basic colonial style house requested an updated expansion to host a large extended family and many friends on a regular basis. This social Client wanted to be able to warmly welcome guests for elaborate meals and comfortable overnight stays. Together with Fraerman Associates Architects, LWS designed an expansion and whole house makeover for gracious gathering in style.
